High School Series
Emotional & Mental health are kind of a buzz words in today's world. But no matter how you define it - we all feel it. Believe it or not Jesus and the Bible gives us a lot of direction when it comes to our thought life. We are looking at various messages of Jesus, Psalms and Paul regarding stress, anxiety and our emotions. This series will give biblical insight and practical tools on how to navigate mental health with a biblical perspective.
